Our support service guarantees:
- answering by e-mail technical questions regarding installation and usage of StackProbe within 2 workdays;
- fixing critical bugs within 14 workdays (or we give your money back);
- free upgrades to new versions of StackProbe profiler;
- top priority in adding new functions to StackProbe profiler.
The commercial licenses include 1 year free support. The support contract can be prolonged for 1 or 2 years for extra fee.

Special license for open-source projects
You may obtain a free license allowing you to use StackProbe for your project, provided that your product is freely available with the source code on the project's website and you publish a small note saying that you use StackProbe for your project together with a link to our website.
Place order
If you decide to purchase a license, please contact us at and give:
- license type and count,
- name of the license owner: first and last name and/or name of the organization,
- full address,
- e-mail address,
- tax identification number used in your country and other information required for invoice,
- how you wish to pay: by bank trasfer or moneybookers.
After receiving the order, we will send you the license key(s) together with the invoice. You must pay within 21 days from the date of purchase.
